16/07/2004      Rising (TV Movie) (84' 30")

A few months after relinquishing her position as head of Stargate Command, Dr. Elizabeth Weir has been working in the Antarctic Outpost, gathering members of an expedition to embark to the lost city of Atlantis. When they seem to be able to ascertain a gate address, a new adventure begins.   After Sheppard's return with refugees from a Wraith culling on Athos, Atlantis, moments away from being crushed, breaks away from the ocean floor, rising to the light of day just before the city shield fails. Now given a chance to rescue his people, Sheppard needs to bring Weir around to see things his way. 

 

23/07/2004      Hide and Seek (41' 58")

Dr. Beckett has developed an experimental gene therapy to give the ATA gene to people born without. His first human trial is Dr. McKay, who tries the gene with an Ancient personal shield. The trouble starts when he can't deactivate the shield. Meanwhile, a mysterious entity is roaming about after an Athosian child goes missing. 

 

30/07/2004      Thirty-Eight Minutes (41' 56")

Major Sheppard's team Puddle Jumper gets trapped in the open Stargate, unable to come forth, while a nasty bug is attached to Major Sheppard's neck, draining his life like a Wraith. They only have 38 minutes until the stargate automatically disengages and the Jumper gets cut in two, which would be leaving them to die in the cold of space. 

 

06/08/2004      Suspicion (41' 55")

After the Atlantis teams are attacked by the Wraith one time too many, Weir and Sgt. Bates start to suspect that an Athosian may be a spy, but when they order an investigation, all evidence points to Teyla. Enraged by the fact that Dr. Weir doesn't trust them, the Athosians want to move to the newly discovered mainland. 

 

13/08/2004      Childhood's End (41' 55")

The team visits a world where no one is over 24 years old, because of ritual suicides they believe keep the Wraith at bay. Actually, the Wraith can't attack due to an electro-magnetic field that renders all technology useless. Then they discover a ZPM generating the field, unwittingly take it, and the Wraith begin their assault. 

 

20/08/2004      Poisoning the Well (41' 55")

Major Sheppard volunteers Dr. Beckett in order to help the Hoffans, who are developing a vaccine against the Wraith. But the Hoffans are willing to go to any extreme to eliminate their enemy, even if it means the destruction of the majority of their people. 

 

27/08/2004      Underground (41' 40")

Sheppard and his team visit the Genii planet to trade with them, so the city doesn't resort to rationing. According to Teyla, her people had traded with them in the past and believe them to be peaceful farmers. However, soon Sheppard and McKay find an underground bunker, letting them see the real face of the Genii. 

 

10/09/2004      Home (41' 55")

The Atlantis team finds a planet with an atmosphere full of energy that allows them to gate home to Earth. Surprised, the S.G.C. welcomes them back, saying they will be able to return due to the new hyperdrive on the Prometheus. Yet when the engines explode, the team begins to figure out the mystery of their situation. 

 

17/09/2004      The Storm (41' 56")

A giant storm that takes place every twenty or thirty years, is on its way to Atlantis and will devastate the city unless McKay and Zelenka find a way to power up the shield, but it's no coincidence that The Genii invade the city at their weakest moment. 

 

21/01/2005      The Eye (41' 33")

Sheppard fights back the Genii who have Dr. Weir and Dr. McKay as hostages. Meanwhile, the bulk of the storm is approaching the city, and could crush its fragile state. Convincing their captor to repair the city to activate the shield, McKay rushes to the rescue, while the Major still plays cat and mouse. 

 

28/01/2005      The Defiant One (41' 54")

When Sheppard, Mckay, and two Atlantis scientists investigate an Ancient weapons satellite, they find an old Wraith distress call. When they go to explore, they find a 10,000 year old Wraith that won't die easily due to its recent feedings. It seems the only thing that will work would be, "enough ordinance to fight a small war." 

 

04/02/2005      Hot Zone (41' 54")

While inspecting the city for storm damage, McKay, Ford, Zelenka and a group of others become infected with a virus that's killing them one by one. But when it causes one scientist to go insane, he escapes into the city while under lockdown, and threatens the entire population. 

 

11/02/2005      Sanctuary (41' 54")

When the Wraith chasing them are shot down by a mysterious energy weapon, Major Sheppard's team go down to investigate. They find a peaceful, Wraith-free human civilization that believe they are protected by their goddess. The villagers take Sheppard's team to see her high priestess, who's keeping a secret of her own. 

 

18/02/2005      Before I Sleep (41' 54")

While exploring the city, they stumble upon a stasis unit holding a very old woman, who they think to be an Ancient. She claims to be Dr. Elizabeth Weir, and the DNA scans confirm it. Later stimulated, she explains her story she's been waiting 10,000 years to tell, and how she very well saved the city of Atlantis. 

 

25/02/2005      The Brotherhood (41' 52")

Trying to locate a ZPM on another world, they learn of how "The Brotherhood" had hidden it from the Wraith to please the Ancients. While trying to solve the clues to where it might be, Sheppard's team crosses paths again with Kolya, but Atlantis has their own problems when a Wraith Dart appears over the city. 

 

04/03/2005      Letters from Pegasus (41' 54")

McKay finds a way to open a wormhole to Earth for 1.3 seconds, that will allow them to send a compressed databurst to SGC that could include mission reports, city specs, and personal messages. Meanwhile, Sheppard and Teyla go offworld to try to find more intel on the Wraith, but end up with a few hitchhikers. 

 

11/03/2005      The Gift (41' 55")

Teyla starts having Wraith related nightmares, but most prominently where she turns into a Wraith. So while trying to dive into her past, she comes across a Wraith laboratory, which Dr. Beckett uses to make a surprising discovery in her DNA makeup.

 

18/03/2005      The Siege (Part 1) (41' 54")

Dr. McKay, Dr. Grodin, and Lt. Miller go to the Ancient's weapon satellite to try to fix it and use it to destroy the Wraith hive ships that are quickly approaching Atlantis. Meanwhile, the city's personnel are preparing for evacuation, when they discover the kamikaze dart pilot has survived in the city. 

 

25/03/2005      The Siege (Part 2) (41' 54")

The SGC has found a ZPM, and as a result of the message they sent, reinforcements arrive to help them against the Wraith. Newly arrived Col. Dillon Everet claims that the ZPM is now en route through the latest Earth battleship, and they need to hold out for four days, or the Lost City could be lost... forever.

 

I'm still trying to understand how you thought it was a good idea to test this device by having someone throw you off a balcony.
